Standard Embroidery Locations
- Front: Centered on front panels (2.5" x 2.5" or 3.5" x 3.5")
- Back: Centered on back panels (4" x 2" or 9" x 2")
- Side: Left or right side panels (1.5" x 1.5" or 2" x 2")
Stock Team Embroidery
Choose from 37 approved MLB team logos and select from our stock catalog. All embroidery is direct, so only work colors and edge-stitching designs (if necessary) are used during this decoration.
Custom Team/Corporate Embroidery
Minimum 12 pieces. All fees are non-refundable. Message vendor with questions about digitizing charges or stock catalog fees upon order. Additional location charges may apply during checkout depending on size and location. This fee is a one-time charge.
Domestic Name Drops
Personalize caps with individual names. Contact us for pricing and minimum order requirements.
Mascots & Sports Icons
Mascot styles available subject to licensing. Contact us for more details on available embroidery designs.
Lettering
Choose from a variety of font and lettering lines for individual letters or running displays.

Patch Guidelines
Patch Placement
All patches are affixed on the front center, back, or side location, or a heat-tight corner of the cap (peak). Best results are when affixed prior to cap construction. Patches can be placed according to the embroidery placement in the chart shown above.
Minimum Order
48 pieces per cap style/color/logo A $40 (A) charge will be applied to orders less than 48pc. The absolute minimum quantity is 24pc. Orders can be split 12/12/12/12, as long as the logo is not changed. A $2 (A) charge/line will be applied for thread/size/location change to the logo.
Lead Times
For any team hat or a club team there are mixed lead times
Price
Price varies depending upon the Domestic Decoration Services Pack List.
Application
Stitch-applied patches available upon request.
Heat-sealed patches (standard) meet most costs.

Additional Program Details
Artwork Details
All formats for embroidered work on hats need to be a vector format (not pixels). Raster formats are not recommended. Best results are by use of DST file format for embroidery format.
File Format
File formats accepted must be in .ai, .eps, or .cdr format. PMS reference should be included for best accuracy. Vector art required.
Discrepancies
OC Decoration is not responsible at risk for orders (via standard discrepancies limits) that do not match their order or artwork of incorrect information.
Production Delivery
All orders are FOB (Merchandise, ARI). Customers should anticipate about delivery cost for their region.
Changes
Any order changes must be requested at any notice. OC/customer team will address immediately changes due but not responsible for cost if such notice is not addressed.
Returns
OC Decoration requires a simple pre-approved delivery terms at the border time of shipment. It maintains standing with embroidery integrity upon delivery until OC provide a complete disposition of information.
